Laramie County Early Head
Start is a home-based program for low-income pregnant women and children
birth to age 3 and their families.

Early Head Start goals:
Program
activities include:
-
receiving high quality child development training through home
visits;
-
strengthening parent/child bonds;
-
receiving health services in partnership with local providers;
-
attending parent/child group activities with nutritious meals and
snacks;
-
learning infant massage and other parenting skills.

receiving support from other parents
Eligibility:
-
Pregnant or have a child birth to age 3
-
If you receive any of the following
-
POWER provided by
DFS
-
Child care assistance provided by DFS
-
Infant home health visitation provided by City County Health
-
SSI or SSDI for child or family member
-
Adult basic education services provided by
LCCC
