Adopt A Family Holiday Event

CALC is asking for donations or new, unopened toys or monetary donations for our Adopt A Family Holiday Event. This year, clients of Project Hope and the Older Relative Caregiver programs will be eligible to receive assistance in providing holiday gifts for their children. Our Older Relative Caregiver Program (formally Grandparents Raising Grandkids) provides supportive services and case management to caregivers 55 and older raising younger relatives. Our Project Hope is a one year intensive case management program, designed to achieving and/or maintaining housing; enhancement of life skills; addressing individual needs; building social skills and community relations; and developing goals to achieve self-sufficiency & an improved quality of life.
