The Self-Sufficiency Program consists of Project Hope and Transitional Housing. All services include Intensive Case Management and supportive assistance to participants to achieve independence and self-sufficiency. CALC also provides through the Self-Sufficiency possible adult eyeglasses assistance through the Lion's Club.
Crossroads Healthcare Clinic provides primary medical care, mental health services, and substance abuse services to individuals and families who are currently homeless. In addition to our brick and mortar clinic, we have a mobile clinic as well.
Family Support Services can provide In Home Services to those who qualify through the Wyoming in Home Services Program. This can include light housekeeping, chore service, grocery shopping and respite. We can also assist with completing the Temporary Guardianship packet for the courts.
Working in partnership with the Cheyenne VA Medical Center, Veteran Housing Services provides short-term housing (up to 90 days) for homeless veterans as they work with case managers to secure permanent housing.
Buy local, support Community Action of Laramie County, and enjoy a gorgeous morning at the Cheyenne Farmers Market. Join us each Saturday for 10 weeks from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., starting the 2nd week in August through the 2nd week of October at Frontier Park. In partnership with Cheyenne Frontier Days, the 2025 market will be held August 9th through October 11 at Frontier Park. CFD has asked we move near the Chris LeDoux Memorial Statue for this season as they work on the Indian Village. We will be just off Hynds Blvd and Cattle Drive. While things may look different this year, we expect all your favorite vendors to return this year and hopefully with new faces! We hope to reach $600,000 this year in economic impact and our fundraising goal is $60,000. See you in August so we can all get Fresh with a Farmer!
See You This Fall
