Through our four programs—Crossroads Healthcare Clinic, Kinship Support Services, Laramie County Head Start, and Self-Sufficiency—lives are being changed and improved every single day.
Self-Sufficiency programs (Intensive Case Management, Bridge Housing, and Transitional Housing) encourage participants to work toward independence and sufficiency.
Crossroads Healthcare Clinic provides primary medical care, mental health services, and substance abuse services to individuals and families who are currently homeless.
Kinship Support Services assists caregivers age 55+ as they raise relatives who are under age 18 or under age 54 and living with a disability. They also offer Temporary Guardianship services.
