Since 1968, Community Action of Laramie County has been dedicated to reducing poverty and helping individuals and families build brighter futures.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we provide comprehensive case management, access to healthcare, and supportive services tailored to the needs of the communities we serve.
Through compassion, advocacy, and strong community partnerships, we help people overcome challenges and move toward lasting self-sufficiency.

Primary medical care, mental health services, and substance use treatment for individuals and families in need.

Intensive case management and guidance to help clients work toward housing, independence, and an improved quality of life.
Veteran Housing Services
Short-term housing and intensive case management for homeless veterans working toward permanent housing.
WYHS Program
Helps older adults and individuals with disabilities remain safely at home while maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life through supportive in-home services and assistance.
