Self-Sufficiency Program consists of Project Hope and Transitional Housing. All services include Intensive Case Management and assistance to participants to achieve independence and self-sufficiency.

Crossroads Healthcare Clinic provides primary medical care, mental health services, and substance abuse services to individuals and families who are currently homeless.

Kinship Support Services assists caregivers age 55+ as they raise relatives who are under age 18, or under age 54 and living with a disability. We also offer Temporary Guardianship services.

Working in partnership with the Cheyenne VA Medical Center, Veteran Housing Services provides short-term housing (up to 90 days) for homeless veterans as they work with case managers to secure permanent housing.

Buy local, support Community Action of Laramie County, and enjoy a gorgeous morning at the Cheyenne Farmers Market. Join us every Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., starting in August and ending in October.  We are gearing up for the new season! Stay tuned for more information!
