Hello
Traci Kyser, Executive Assistant & Director of Fundraising
As Executive Assistant and Director of Fundraising, I am committed to elevating both organizational leadership and our mission, ensuring they are represented with professionalism, integrity, and impact.
My Story
My background includes a Masters Degree in Forensic Psychology which facilitates the managing of day-to-day operations, coordinating events, and streamlining communication between departments to ensure mission-driven goals are met efficiently. I excel at managing donor databases, coordinating fundraising campaigns, and supporting grant writing efforts to help our organization meet and exceed our development goals.
I thrive in dynamic environments where attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are key, and I take pride in supporting teams that make a tangible difference in their communities. In my work, I’m driven by a passion for building meaningful relationships and advancing missions that matter. I’ve played a key role in planning donor events, cultivating long-term supporter engagement, and analyzing fundraising metrics to guide strategic decisions. My goal is always to connect people with purpose—helping donors see the tangible impact of their generosity and empowering our organization to grow our reach and deepen our community impact.
In addition to my administrative expertise, I am passionate about fostering inclusive, equitable and collaborative workspaces. I’ve contributed to initiatives that enhance volunteer engagement, improve donor relations, and optimize internal systems for greater impact. My commitment to service and continuous improvement drives me to seek out innovative solutions that empowers Community Action of Laramie County, Inc to grow sustainably and serve more effectively.
