Essential Support Services
We provide assistance in acquiring birth certificates, social security cards, ID cards and other necessary documents and serve as a hub for community partner referrals. We can help with eye exams, lenses and frames for your child or for an adult member of the household. Services are free, ensuring affordability and accessibility for a diverse range of individuals. Please do not hesitate to contact us to learn more how we may be able to assist you.
Wyoming In-Home Services
Funded through the Wyoming Department of Health Aging Division, the Wyoming In-Home Services (WyHS) program provides sliding scale fee for service to qualified individuals 18 or older, who are at risk of premature institutionalization.
