Project Hope and Transitional Housing
Project Hope is an intensive case management program designed to support individuals and families living at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Participants commit to working closely with case managers to achieve and maintain stable housing, improve life skills, and address personal challenges.
Why It Matters
Where it matters
Project Hope focuses on building social connections, enhancing community engagement, and setting achievable goals that lead to long-term self-sufficiency and an improved quality of life. Through personalized support and community partnerships, Project Hope empowers clients to overcome barriers and create lasting change in their lives.
The program provides tailored support such as rental and utility assistance, transportation help, and access to essential resources—especially during times of hardship like job loss or medical emergencies. By addressing both immediate needs and long-term growth, Project Hope empowers people to rebuild their lives with dignity, stability, and hope.
Our transitional housing program provides safe, affordable housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Approved participants can be housed for up to one year in either a Single Resident Occupancy (SRO) unit or a family unit if appropriate.
This housing is paired with intensive case management, helping residents work toward self-sufficiency by addressing employment, transportation, education, and personal development goals. The program is designed to offer stability while participants build the skills and resources needed to transition into permanent housing. By combining shelter with supportive services, we empower residents to move forward with confidence and independence.
