It's almost been a year

Journey Through the First Year

During the first year of our organizations move, with all of us under one roof, we have undergone significant growth and development. Our journey:

• Establishment: We started with 2 small teams and merged into 1 with a clear vision of our goals and objectives.

• Growth: We experienced steady growth in terms of team size, client base, and expansion. By expanding into Platte, Lincoln and Sublette Counties, our organizational reach is even stronger for Wyoming communities.

• Challenges: We faced various challenges such as resource constraints, grant competition (and loss), and operational challenges.

• Adaptation: We learned to adapt quickly to changes in the business and internal dynamics. By promoting team work and cohesiveness, we continue to overcome.

• Innovation: We focused on growing and expansion to stay ahead of the competition and meet the evolving needs of our communities all across Wyoming.

• Achievements: We celebrated milestones such as a record breaking Farmers Market, successful marketing campaigns, community initiatives and partnerships and positive feedback from clients.

• Future Outlook: Looking ahead, we are excited about the opportunities for growth and expansion in the coming years.
